If we are not aware of our own knowledge and capabilities, we
cannot deliver optimal value.
Should we find that solving problems is a difficulty generally
or that we cannot manage our time effectively, it is very difficult
to inspire confidence in our teams.

An inability to see the big picture means we have little to offer
