Project BUILD is a learning programme jointly developed between Greenfile Developments and the Union of Construction, Allied Trades and Technicians (UCATT).

The project was part-sponsored by the UK DTI's Partnerships in Innovation programme.

Project BUILD is aimed at supervisors and operatives on construction sites and cover the following topics:

• Personal Effectiveness - be more effective in everything you do
• Environmental Effectiveness - reducing environmental impacts
• Health and Safety on Site - making every site a safe one
• Stakeholder Relationships - dealing with construction site neighbours
• Balanced Company - addressing strategic and operational issues
• Adding Value - reducing wastes across the site

The programme comprises web pages, downloadable PDF documents as well as links to other relevant web sites.
