Gower Publishers invited Uly Ma of Greenfile Developments to write a book on sustainability in construction to be published in 2008.
In 2006, our Project NoWaste with Bovis Lend Lease was chosen as the Waste Initiative of the Year at the 2006 Building Magazine's Sustainability Awards.

In 2005, we were joint winners of the Green
Apple Award with Bovis Lend Lease
as National Champions in Waste Management (Construction Sector) with our Project
NoWaste programme.
In 2003, we were invited by the UK's Department of Trade and Industry to become
UK representatives on the European
Business Test Panel, part of the EU's Better Regulation Action Plan.

We believe that sustainable growth comes from the people in the organisation using their knowledge to optimise processes. We help people in organisations to reach their full potential. Our approach to corporate effectiveness is based on the applying the principles of sustainable competitiveness.
Our methods include workshops, seminars, mentoring and we encourage everyone to apply their knowledge practically in projects to improve effectiveness.
Our Principal Consultant is Dr Uly Ma.
Uly graduated in Metallurgy from Imperial College, University of London, and also did his doctorate research at Imperial College on Hot Corrosion of Marine Gas Turbines. Uly did his MBA programme at Henley Management College.
He has previously worked as Head of Metallurgy at Cookson Group plc, a materials conglomerate; as Fuel Gases Manager at BOC Gases Ltd, an industrial gases supplier; and ran the Training and Development programme for the UK Government's Energy Efficiency Best Practice Programme.

in many parts of the world with a wide range of national and international

Lynn Williams is the managing partner of Lunces Training Ltd, an international
consultancy on productivity. Lynn was formerly the National Officer for
the engineering trade union Amicus and previously served on the DTI's
committees on Productivity; Aerospace Innovation and

TUSDAC

Anastasia Marinopoulou is an international consultant and entrepreneur with over 20 years’ experience in diverse commercial operational environments in the UK, Greece and Italy. Anastasia's specialist expertise include operations, HR and strategic planning with clients in the luxury retail, jewellery and wine markets as well as in the not for profit sectors.
Julia Thrul specialises on people in change. She develops the leadership skills of managers and companies. Julia’s background is the financial industry. Find out more about Julia.
Mike Malina is the principal and founder of Energy Solutions Associates. Mike has over 20 years experience in building services specialising in energy management, carrying out building energy audits, is a thermal imaging specialist and undertakes training on energy management, building regulations and competent person schemes.
